THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 00-11-18 adopted November 20, 2000 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Cycle Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements, Phase II in the amount of $299,608.00
SECTION II. That it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities and to decrease the contract time by 52 calendar days to account for early completion of the Bar None West Ditch Improvements, Phase II.
SECTION III. That it is necessary to decrease the contract amount by $100.00 and decrease the contract time by 52 calendar days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE
ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. Final to the contract for the Bar None West Ditch Improvements, Phase II and to decrease the contract amount by $100.00 and decrease the contract time by 52 calendar days.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
