Title

An ordinance approving an Act of Sale, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", by Lifestyle Venture Group, Inc. to St. Charles for property to be used in connection with the operation and maintenance of wastewater and drainage facilities.

Body

WHEREAS,      St. Charles Parish is in need of a portion of Cousins Canal Road for the purpose of operation and maintenance of wastewater and drainage facilities; and,

WHEREAS,      Lifestyle Venture Group, Inc. has agreed to sell to St. Charles Parish said portion of Cousins Canal Road for the price and sum of $20,000.00.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS that the Act of Sale attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" by Lifestyle Venture Group, Inc. to St. Charles Parish is hereby authorized and the St. Charles Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Sale.
