Title
An ordinance asking the Administration to add Palomino Drive in St. Rose to Road Maintenance 2001-2002, Parish Project No. P000801.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on September 6, 2002 and Barriere Construction Company, L.L.C. was the apparent low bidder for Road Maintenance 2001-2002; and,
WHEREAS, on October 7, 2002, the Administration was approved and authorized to execute a contract with Barriere Construction Company, L.L.C. for Road Maintenance 2001-2002; and,
WHEREAS, Palomino Drive is in poor condition due to deterioration since the last road maintenance report; and,
WHEREAS, Palomino Drive is the only ingress and egress to and from Bar None Subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Administration is hereby authorized to add Palomino Drive in St. Rose to Road Maintenance 2001-2002, Parish Project No. P000801.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of ________, 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the official journal.
