An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 01-4-8, approving the Act of Dedication for the Pine Street Extension, Bayou Gauche to include additional signatures of undivided owners of the property.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 01-4-8 on April 2, 2001 approving and accepting the Act of Dedication of he Pine Street Extension; and
WHEREAS, said Act of Dedication was executed by Herbert Dufrene and Richard R. Dufrene and, infact, said Act should have also included Murray L. Dufrene, Bob W. Dufrene and Evelyn D. Dufrene; and
WHEREAS, an Act of Correction has been prepared to include the additional individuals noted above.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Correction by Murray L. Dufrene, Bob W. Dufrene and Evelyn D. Dufrene is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Correction on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
