Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Tammy L. Dorsey - "Tami's Snoball Stand" - a snowball stand at 305 Good Children Street, Boutte, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Tammy L. Dorsey would require Louisiana State licensing for a snowball stand.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Tammy L. Dorsey, 305 Good Children Street, Boutte, La. is for - "Tami's Snoball Stand" - a snowball stand is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Tammy L. Dorsey a home occupation permit for a snowball stand.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
