Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Christopher D. Westbrook - "Westbrook Heat & Air" - a heating and a/c business at 163 Rue Landry, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Christopher D. Westbrook would require Louisiana State licensing for a heating and a/c business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Christopher D. Westbrook, 163 Rue Landry, St. Rose, La. is for - "Westbrook Heat & Air" - a heating and a/c business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Christopher D. Westbrook a home occupation permit for a heating and a/c business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
