A resolution supporting the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of four townhouse units in a CR-1 zoning district on Lot L1-A, Riverview Estates Subdivision, St. Rose as requested by Kenneth Martin, Jr.
Body
WHEREAS, Kenneth Martin Jr. requests a special permit use to permit a four unit townhouse development in a CR-1 zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the St Charles Parish Department of Planning and Zoning recommended approval of the special permit use; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the special permit use at its regular meeting on June 6, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Special Permit Use for four townhouse units in a CR-1 zoning district on Lot L1-A, Riverview Estates Subdivision, as requested by Kenneth Martin, Jr.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
