Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Shaun Bernard - "B & V Plumbing, LLC" - a plumbing company at 448 Evergreen Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Shaun Bernard would require Louisiana State licensing for a plumbing company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Shaun Bernard, 448 Evergreen Drive, Destrehan, La. is for - "B & V Plumbing, LLC" - a plumbing company is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Shaun Bernard a home occupation permit for a plumbing company.
