RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. William Jewell Sirmon, III to the Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1, PARISH OF ST. CHARLES due to the expiration of the term of Mr. William J. Sirmon, III on May 22, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. William Jewell Sirmon, III 21 Ormond Trace, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1, PARISH OF ST. CHARLES.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective MAY 22, 2022 and shall expire MAY 22, 2028.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
