RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., MVN 2010-2953-EMM, WQC JP 110106-03 for a permit to install and maintain a 12" pipeline approximately 7.5 miles long using the typical push/pull, HDD, and open cut installation methods for a hydrogen pipeline system known as the Luling Hydrogen Pipeline Tie-in System, in Township 13 South, Range 20 East, and Township 13 South, Range 21 East, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., MVN 2010-2953-EMM, WQC JP 110106-03 for a permit to install and maintain a 12" pipeline approximately 7.5 miles long using the typical push/pull, HDD, and open cut installation methods for a hydrogen pipeline system known as the Luling Hydrogen Pipeline Tie-in System, in Township 13 South, Range 20 East, and Township 13 South, Range 21 East, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., their transferees, and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
