Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No P090301 Fairfield and Oakland Conveyance and Pump Station Upgrades, to balance the contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in an increase of $19,295.00 and a decrease in time of twelve (12) days.
Body
WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 14-10-9 adopted October 27, 2014, by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No P090301 Fairfield and Oakland Conveyance and Pump Station Upgrades to BLD Services, LLC; and,
WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in an increase to the contract amount by $19,295.00 and in decrease in time of twelve (12) days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That Change Order No. 1 for Parish Project No. P090301 Fairfield and Oakland Conveyance and Pump Station Upgrades, to increase the contract amount by $19,295.00 and decrease the time by twelve (12) days is hereby approved and accepted.
      SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
