Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Act of Donation by RJM Enterprises, Inc. for a drainage ditch in Fashion Plantation Subdivision, Hahnville.
Body
WHEREAS, RJM Enterprises, Inc. granted a servitude for drainage purposes in Fashion Plantation Subdivision on February 26, 1999, which was recorded in Conveyance Book 550, Folio 384, Entry No. 230257, in the Clerk of Court's Office; and,
WHEREAS, RJM Enterprises, Inc. now desires to donate fee ownership of the property underlying the above referenced servitude; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to accept said Donation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Donation by RJM Enterprises, Inc. to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Donation on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
