Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. S050101, Hackberry Street Sewer Lift Station Upgrade, to decrease the contract amount by $15,300.00 and to decrease the contract time by 18 calendar days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 06-3-1 adopted March 20, 2006 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. S050101, Hackberry Street Sewer Lift Station, to Gilmore and Son Construction Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $15,300.00 in the contract amount and a decrease of 18 calendar days in the contract time.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. S050101, Hackberry Street Sewer Lift Station Upgrade, to decrease the contract amount by $15,300.00 and to decrease the contract time by 18 calendar days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
