Title
An ordinance adopting the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2004 through 2008.
Body
WHEREAS,      the Parish President has submitted proposed Capital Improvements Budget Program to the St. Charles Parish Council, and,
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Council has reviewed the proposed Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2004 through 2008 attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified herewith as "Exhibit A".
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the Consolidated Waterworks and Wastewater District No. 1 Capital Improvements Budget Program for fiscal year 2004 through 2008 attached hereto and made a part hereof and identified herewith as "Exhibit A" is hereby adopted.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
