Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 02-9-20, an agreement with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to include funding for Phase II of the West Bank Bicycle Path, State Project No. 744-45-0007, Federal Aid Project No. ENH-4502 (500).

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance 02-9-20 on September 23, 2002 approving an Agreement with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for the St. Charles Parish West Bank Bicycle Path; and
WHEREAS, the Parish Council was advised by the Department of Transportation and Development that funding for Phase II of the West Bank Bicycle Path was approved; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the State to amend the original agreement to include both Phases by changing Article I Project Description and Article II Funding; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish to approve said agreement
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to Enhancement Agreement State Project No. 744-45-0007, Federal Aid Project No. ENH-4502- (500) St. Charles West Bank Bicycle Path St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement No. 1 on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
