IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department has long held a prominent place in the State of Louisiana and the United States as an outstanding Parish and Recreation Program; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Girls 9-10 Year Old All-Stars have excelled in the 2018 All-Star Basketball Season; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Girls 9-10 Year Old All-Stars finished second to Acadiana in the Biddy Basketball Regional Tournament held March 16-18, 2018, in South Lafourche, Louisiana, securing them an invitation to participate in the National Championship Tournament; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Girls 9-10 Year Old All-Stars finished second to Acadiana in the Biddy Basketball National Tournament held March 23-28, 2018, in Slidell, Louisiana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, DO HEREBY RECOGNIZE
