RESOLUTION NO. 5330
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Edward E. Magri, Jr. to the New Orleans Aviation Board - Noise Abatement Committee.
Body
WHEREAS: There exists a vacancy on the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Mark Lamere, Jr. on December 31, 2005 ; and,
WHEREAS: It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Edward E. Magri, Jr. 127 Oak Manor Lane, St. Rose, LA 70087 is hereby appointed to the NEW ORLEANS AVIATION BOARD - NOISE ABATEMENT COMMITTEE ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective DECEMBER 31, 2005 and shall expire DECEMBER 31, 2007 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
YEAS: MARINO, FAUCHEUX, FABRE, RAMCHANDRAN, BLACK , DUHE, MINNICH
NAYS: NONE
ABSENT: HILAIRE, WALLS
And the resolution was declared adopted this _20th day of _February__, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
