Title
An ordinance to amend the 2010 Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget to add construction, architectural/engineering, and other fees for Fund 112 - Roads and Drainage - Sidewalks and Crosswalks, Account No. 112-420230, in the total amount of $3,226,787 unexpended in 2009 and to include offsetting grant revenues for these projects in the amount of $2,699,858.

WHEREAS, the 2010 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget was adopted November 3, 2009 by Ordinance No. 09-11-6; amended January 19, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-1; January 20, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-2; February 8, 2010 by Ordinance No. 10-2-1; February 20, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-01; February 21, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-02; March 17, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-03; March 17, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-04; April 5, 2010 Ordinance No. 10-4-3; April 12, 2010 by Executive Order No. 10-05, and
WHEREAS, the Council has taken under consideration the study of the amendment to the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for fiscal year 2010 as shown by the Revision Schedule.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Sections D, E, and F of the St. Charles Parish Home Rule Charter and with the Louisiana Local Government Budget Act (R.S. 39:1301 et. seq.), the St. Charles Parish Council does hereby amend the 2010 St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget, as amended, as per "Exhibit A".
