Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Daniel Mackin - "Mackin's Handyman Service, LLC" - small to medium home improvement and repair projects at 175 E. Oakland Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Daniel Mackin would require Louisiana State licensing for small to medium home improvement and repair projects.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Daniel Mackin, 175 E. Oakland Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Mackin's Handyman Service, LLC" - small to medium home improvement and repair projects is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Daniel Mackin a home occupation permit for small to medium home improvement and repair projects.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
