RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Marilyn K. Ross to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District I Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the resignation of Ms. La Sandra Darensbourg Gordon on January 10, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Marilyn K. Ross 186 Keller Street, Hahnville, LA 70057 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District I Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire MAY 31, 2022.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
