A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Spencer Badeaux, John Turner, Marlo Soule', Dora Dufrene & Claude Dufrene et als for a resubdivision of Lot H-1 of the resubdivision of Lot F, G, H & J of a partition of Lots 846, 847, 848 & 849 of Sub Drainage District No. 3 of Sunset Drainage District into Lots H-1-A, H-1-B, H-1-C and H-1-D, Section 26, T14S R20E, Southeastern Land District, West of the Mississippi River, St. Charles Parish, La. with a waivers to the Major Subdivision Approval Process and the requirement for hard-surface frontage for Lots H-1-B, H-1-C and H-1-D.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to Major Subdivision Approval Process and hard-surface frontage requirements for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, Spencer Badeaux, John Turner, Marlo Soule', Dora Dufrene & Claude Dufrene et als, wish to subdivide Lot H-1 of the resubdivision of Lot F, G, H & J of a partition of Lots 846, 847, 848 & 849 of Sub Drainage District No. 3 of Sunset Drainage District into Lots H-1-A, H-1-B, H-1-C and H-1-D, Section 26, T14S R20E, Southeastern Land District, West of the Mississippi River, St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, said property owners have requested waivers from the Major Subdivision Approval Process and the requirement for hard-surface frontage for Lots H-1-B, H-1-C and H-1-D.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Spencer Badeaux, John Turner, Marlo Soule', Dora Dufrene & Claude Dufrene et als for a resubdivision of Lot H-1 of the resubdivision of Lot F, G, H & J of a partition of Lots 846,...
