IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Annaleise Munson is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Paradis, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Heather Munson-Appleby and James Appleby, and Galen and Christina Mehling.  She has one sibling, Carter; and,
WHEREAS,      Annaleise attends J.B. Martin Middle School in Paradis and enjoys dancing, spending time with horses, and volunteering for various charitable organizations; and,
WHEREAS,      on February 22, 2014, Annaleise was crowned VFW Post 3750 West St. Charles Jr. Miss Queen I; and,
WHEREAS,      Annaleise proudly represents Post 3750 at fairs, festivals, charitable pageants, and events throughout the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
