IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Harlie Ann Kinler is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana with her parents Holly and Michael Kinler, her brother Michael, Jr., and her sister Hallie; and,
WHEREAS, Harlie is a 2014 graduate of Hahnville High School and in the fall will be attending Louisiana Tech in Ruston, LA to study Engineering; and,
WHEREAS, Harlie enjoys playing softball, volleyball, and volunteering for various charitable organizations; and,
WHEREAS, on February 22, 2014, Harlie was crowned VFW Post 3750 West St. Charles Miss Queen I; and,
WHEREAS, on June 27, 2014, Harlie represented Post 3750 in Alexandria, LA in the VFW State Pageant, where she was crowned Miss Louisiana VFW 2014; and,
WHEREAS, Harlie proudly represents Post 3750 and the State of Louisiana VFW at several fairs, festivals, charitable pageants, and events throughout the state.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
