      P R O C L A M A T I O N

WHEREAS,      Inspirations For At Risk Kids is holding their 1^st Annual Gospel Festival on December 9-11, 2011, at the Westbank Bridge Park; and,

WHEREAS,      everyone is invited to come and enjoy a day of delicious food, rides, and be entertained by a host of Gospel music and entertainment from visiting dancers and choirs.

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM DECEMBER 9, 10, AND 11, 2011, AS

"GOSPEL FEST WEEKEND"

IN ST. CHARLES PARISH AND ENCOURAGE ALL CITIZENS TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL AT THE WESTBANK BRIDGE PARK IN LULING.
