Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Single Project Contract for Engineering Services with Professional Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc. for parish project number P090801, the proposed Highway 90 Boat Launch.
Body
WHEREAS, the Parish is pursuing the construction of a boat launch along Highway 90 in Luling between the Davis Diversion Project and the Jefferson Parish line; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of St. Charles Parish to engage Professional Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc. to provide engineering services for said project, to include boat ramps, a fishing dock, parking area, restrooms, pavilions and lighting.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Single Project Contract for Engineering Services for the Highway 90 Boat Launch, P090801, between St. Charles Parish and Professional Engineering and Environmental Consultants, Inc. is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Contract on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
