Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Pintail Contracting Services, LLC for the West Bank “A” Plant Clarifier Refurbishment (Project No. WWKS 90) in the amount of $157,100.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on March 7, 2017, for the West Bank “A” Plant Clarifier Refurbishment (Project No. WWKS 90); and,
WHEREAS, Picciola & Associates, Inc. has reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Pintail Contracting Services, LLC in the amount of $157,100.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Pintail Contracting Services, LLC for the West Bank “A” Plant Clarifier Refurbishment (Project No. WWKS 90) be hereby approved and accepted in the amount of $157,100.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the said contract documents on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
