Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) (Final) for Parish Project No. S030201, Montz Lift Station - Evangeline Road, to decrease the contract amount by $23,809.00 and to increase the contract time by 11 days.

Body

WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 04-9-13 adopted September 20, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. S030201, Montz Lift Station - Evangeline Road, to Fleming Construction Company, Inc.; and,

WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $23,809.00 in the contract amount and an increase of 11 days to the contract time.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) (Final) for Parish Project No. S030201, Montz Lift Station - Evangeline Road, to decrease the contract amount by $23,809.00 and to increase the contract time by 11 days.

SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
