An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of James C. Jeter - "Mr. Chris' Building Maintenance & Home Repair" - a maintenance and repair business at 420 Willowdale Blvd., Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of James C. Jeter would require Louisiana State licensing for a maintenance and repair business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by James C. Jeter, 420 Willowdale Blvd., Luling, La. is for - "Mr. Chris' Maintenance and Home Repair" - a maintenance and repair business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant James C. Jeter a home occupation permit for a maintenance and repair business.
