Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Terra Jones - "Ultimate Cuts" - a beauty shop at 114 Michael Drive Des Allemands, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Terra Jones would require Louisiana State licensing for a beauty shop.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Terra Jones, 114 Michael Drive Des Allemands, La. is for - "Ultimate Cuts" - a beauty shop is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Terra Jones a home occupation permit for a beauty shop.
