Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon that certain sewerage treatment plant located on Lot 15A, Square 9A, Fairfield Plantation Oaks Subdivision, St. Rose, Louisiana as shown on the survey attached hereto, said property serving no public interest.
Body
WHEREAS, a sewerage treatment facility was partially built on what is presently known as Lot 15A, Square 9A, Fairfield Plantation Oaks Subdivision, St. Rose, Louisiana; and,
WHEREAS, since the dedication, the property presently has no public use and/or benefit; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to revoke said property as provided by law unto the present owners as shown on the survey attached hereto and made a part hereof.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation attached hereto of dedicated property by the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation.
