Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Irma Dubroca endorsing the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision on PZS-2006-86 for a resubdivision of Lot W of Ellington Plantation into Lots W1 and W2, per the attached plan by Tildon J. Dufrene, Jr. dated September 12, 2006, with a waiver to the required 70' width or frontage for Lot W2.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981 (as amended) require both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver from the geometric standard requiring all lots to possess frontage of a certain width on a street or roadway; and,
WHEREAS, Irma Dubroca wishes to subdivideLot W of Ellington Plantation such that Lot W2 will have a width along US Highway 90 of 40' where 70' is required; and,
WHEREAS, Irma Dubroca has requested a waiver from the required width for Lot W2,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution to support the positive decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission for PZS-2006-86 for resubdivision Lot W of Ellington Plantation into Lots W1 and W2, per plan by Tildon J. Dufrene, Jr dated September 12, 2006, with a waiver to the required 70' width or frontage for Lot W2.
