Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Robert & Joy Phillips for - "Hauck Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc." - a home office for an ac and heating business at 232 Dianne Drive, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Robert & Joy Phillips would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Robert & Joy Phillips, 232 Dianne Drive, St. Rose, La. is for - "Hauck Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc." - an ac and heating business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Robert & Joy Phillips a home occupation permit for an air conditioning and heating business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
