RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. William J. Sirmon, III to the Hospital Service District Board of Commissioners.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; due to the resignation of Mr. Ricky Bosco on December 10, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. William J. Sirmon, III 21 Ormond Trace, Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate MAY 22, 2022.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
