Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Patti & Julius Waddell - "Waddell Industries, LLC" - a transport company - at 220 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Appendix A, Section XXII states that the Parish Council must approve a home occupation requiring any state license or permit.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the home occupation application by Patti & Julius Waddell to operate "Waddell Industries, LLC"- a transport company - at 220 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose, LA is hereby approved, and
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Patti & Julius Waddell a home occupation permit to have the office for a transport company at 220 Riverwood Drive, St. Rose, LA.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2010, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
