Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Park Dynasty, Inc. / Susan Gonzales, to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-34, allowing administration resubdivision approval of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 37-A into Lots 11-A and 14-A with a waiver of the minimum lot size requirement of 10,000 sq. ft. The developer is hereby authorized to vary lot size to 7,470.62 sq ft. on Lot 14-A and to 8,661.87 sq. ft. on Lot 11-A, Square "A" addition to Holder Estates, Phase I, St. Charles Parish, LA.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum lot size requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the owner / developer, Park Dynasty, Inc. / Susan Gonzales (St. Charles Parish, LA.) wishes to subdivide Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 37-A into Lots 11-A (7,470.62 sq. ft.) and 14-A (8,661.87 sq. ft.).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the administrative resubdivision approval with the waiver to the 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size requirement outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-34.
