RESOLUTION NO.              

Title

A resolution changing the structure of the Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee from the Council as a whole to a five member Committee consisting of both At-Large Councilmen and three other Councilmen appointed by the Council Chairman.

Body

WHEREAS,      the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Management Committee discusses and provides valuable information to the Public; and,

WHEREAS,      the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Management Committee meetings are scheduled the last Monday of each month; and,

WHEREAS,      a five member committee requires a quorum of three members to discuss and provide valuable information.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby change the structure of the Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee from the Council as a whole to a five member Committee consisting of both At-Large Councilmen and three other Councilmen appointed by the Council Chairman.
