IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Breanna Elizabeth Dominguez is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Norco, Louisiana.  She is the daughter of Brandi and Steven Dominguez and has one brother named John; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on Sunday, September 8, 2019, Breanna was crowned 2019 Miss Alligator Festival Queen at the Alligator Festival Pageant held at Hahnville High School in Boutte.  She also received the People’s Choice Award and Photogenic Award; and,

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Breanna will represent St. Charles Parish, the Alligator Festival, and the Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish at several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
