A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Donald & Annabel Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-88 for a resubdivision of resubdivision of Lot 1 division of property of J.L. Lauve into Lots 1A and 1B with waiver to the required minimum square feet and frontage width on Lots 1A and 1B, located in Section 6, T12S R7E., St. Charles Parish, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required minimum square feet and hard-surface frontage for residential lots; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners Donald & Annabel Hogan, wish to subdivide Lot 1 division of property of J.L. Lauve into Lots 1A and 1B, located in Section 6, T12S R7E, St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested a waiver from the required minimum square feet and frontage width on Lots 1A and 1B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to Donald & Annabel Hogan to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2005-88 for a resubdivision of Lot 1 division of property of J.L. Lauve into Lots 1A and 1B with waiver to the required minimum square feet and frontage width on Lots 1A and 1B, located in Section 6, T12S R7E., St. Charles Parish, La.
