ORDINANCE NO.  ___________

Title

An ordinance to provide for the installation of "FOUR-WAY STOP" signs at the intersections of Matthew Drive and 1^st Street in Bayou Gauche.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15 Motor Vehicles and Traffic provides for the installation of traffic control signs; and,

WHEREAS,      it is the desire of the Parish Council to authorize the installation of "FOUR-WAY STOP" signs at the intersections of Matthew Drive and 1^st Street in Bayou Gauche.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That there is hereby established "FOUR-WAY STOP" signs at the intersections of Matthew Drive and 1^st Street in Bayou Gauche.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect and maintain said "FOUR-WAY STOP" signs.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
