RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Randy Petit, Jr. to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District II Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Randy Petit, Jr. on May 31, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Randy Petit, Jr. 275 Alice Street, Ama, LA 70031 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District II Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective MAY 31, 2025 and shall expire MAY 31, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
