Title
An ordinance to approve the resubdivision Lot 5D Bobercy Plantation, 10 ft. reserve strip and Lots 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 44A, Square 1, Unit 3, Evangeline City into Lot 5D-1 5D-2, 5D-3, 5D-4 Bobercy Plantation and Lots 19-A, 25-A and 44A-1, Square 1, Unit 3, Evangeline City Subdivision, which are 255, 275 and 325 Evangeline Road respectively, all in Montz as requested by Wayne A. Brady, Jr., Scott Duhe, Arleigh W. Hays, Guyron Schexnaydre.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Ordinance requires Council approval of an ordinance for minor subdivisions that create 5 or more lots; and,
WHEREAS, Wayne Brady, Jr., is the owner of Lot 5D Bobercy Plantation and a 10-foot reserved both located in Montz LA; and,
WHEREAS, Scott Duhe, Arleigh W. Hays, and Guyron Schexnaydre are the owners of Lots 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 44A Square 1, Unit 3, Evangeline City Subdivision, which are 255, 275 and 325 Evangeline Road respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the owners wish to subdivide to create Lots 5D-1 5D-2, 5D-3, 5D-4 Bobercy Plantation and Lots 19-A, 25-A and 44A-1 Evangeline City for a total of seven (7) lots.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the resubdivision plan presented on a survey by Joseph M Marques, PLS, dated 10/29/10 with a revised date of 1/31/10 for August 21, 2006 for Resubdivision of Lot 5D Bobercy Plantation, 10 ft. reserve strip and Lots 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 44A, Square 1, Unit 3, Evangeline City into Lot 5D-1 5D-2, 5D-3, 5D-4 Bobercy Plantation and Lots 19-A, 25-A and 44A-1, Square 1, Unit 3, Evangeline City Subdivision located in Section 7, T12S R7E, Montz. LA is hereby approved.
