Title
An ordinance to authorize the execution of an Engineering Services Contract with Capitol Engineering, LLC. for the additional design of Parish Project No. S050203 Acorn Street and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to have Parish Project No. S050203 Acorn Street and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements, completed; and,
WHEREAS, this project requires additional design services, and construction administration services; and,
WHEREAS, it is important that St. Charles Parish proceed with this project in order to protect the property and well-being of its citizens.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Engineering Services Contract with Capitol Engineering, LLC. for the additional design and construction administration of Parish Project No. S050203 Acorn Street and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Engineering Services Contract.
