Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to L. Paul Raymond to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZR-2001-04, allowing a waiver to the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,783 square feet. The owners are hereby authorized to reduce the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,783 square feet at 345 Down the Bayou Road, (Lot 1-A, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract), Des Allemands, La. as presented at the regular meeting of April 5, 2001, which is identified as Case No. PZR-2001-04.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,783 square feet; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner wishes to rezone 345 Down the Bayou Road, (Lot 1-A, Coteau de France or Ranson Tract), Des Allemands, La. from R-1AM to OL reduce the required minimum lot size from 20,000 square feet to 8,783 square feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision development outlined in the Rezoning Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZR-2001-04.
