THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To amend Chapter 2, Article I, Section 2-2(a):

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby amend the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles, by revising Chapter 2, Article I, Section 2-2, Fees of copies of documents, Nonsufficient fund check fee.
