Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 09-4-16 an Engineering Services Contract with Jordan, Jones, & Goulding for the P090302 Riverbend Pump Station and Jack & Bores Project to reassign all responsibilities under said contract to Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 09-4-16 on April 20, 2009 approving a Contract for Engineering Services for the P090302 Riverbend Pump Station and Jack & Bores Project with Jordan, Jones, & Goulding; and,
WHEREAS, since that time, Jordan, Jones, & Goulding has been wholly acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish desires to continue its working relationship with the engineering firm as it relates to the P090302 Riverbend Pump Station and Jack & Bores Project.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Amendment No. 1 to Ordinance No. 09-4-16 is hereby approved to reassign all responsibilities under said contract from Jordan, Jones & Goulding to Jacobs Engineering Group, In. for ht P090302 Riverbend Pump Station and Jack & Bores Project.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
