Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Ruth M. Laurent - "Unforgettable Travel" - a travel agency operating as outside sales agency. Home office will be at 421 Oak Street, Hahnville, La.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Ruth M. Laurent would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Ruth M. Laurent, 421 Oak Street, Hahnville, La is for - "Unforgettable Travel" - a travel agency operating as outside sales agency is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Ruth M. Laurent a home occupation permit for a travel agency.
