Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Janet McKnight-Foster - "J's Braids & Weaves" - hair braiding and weaving at 114 Lorraine Street, Destrehan La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Janet McKnight-Foster would require Louisiana State licensing for hair braiding and weaving.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Janet McKnight-Foster, 114 Lorraine Street, Destrehan, La. is for - "J's Braids & Weaves" - hair braiding and weaving is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Janet McKnight-Foster a home occupation permit for hair braiding and weaving.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
