Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Russell Stockton - "Power Comm Inc." - an electrical contractor at 631 Spruce Street, Norco, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Russell Stockton would require Louisiana State licensing for an electrical contractor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Russell Stockton, 631 Spruce Street, Norco, La. is for - "Power Comm Inc." - an electrical contractor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Russell Stockton a home occupation permit for an electrical contractor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________ , 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
