Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Grail S. Howard/Leona S. Jupiter to operate "Grail's Catering Services" - to prepare food to deliver to different locations at business and customer requests from 415 Sycamore Street, Hahnville, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Grail S. Howard/Leona S. Jupiter would require Louisiana State Health approval for operating a catering service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Grail S. Howard/Leona S. Jupiter, 415 Sycamore Street, Hahnville for a catering service.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Grail S. Howard/Leona S. Jupiter a home occupation permit for a catering service.
