Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. Two (2) - Final for Parish Project No. P000801, Road Maintenance 2001-2002, to decrease the contract amount by $2,905.53 and to decrease the contract time by 71 days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02-10-02, adopted October 7, 2002 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P000801, Road Maintenance 2001-2002, to Barriere Construction Co., L.L.C.; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $2,905.53 in the contract amount and to decrease the contract time by 71 calendar days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. Two (2) - Final for the Road Maintenance 2001-2002 contract to decrease the contract amount by $2,905.53 and to decrease the contract time by 71 days is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
